Nursery Team Member

Time Commitment: Once a month (minimum commitment of 3 months)
Where: Room 121
Schedule:
• Small Group Hour: 8:45–10:00 AM
• Morning Service: 10:00–11:45 AM
Overview: In our nursery, we don’t just babysit—we begin building a foundation of love, safety, and trust through intentional care and activities. By creating a welcoming and nurturing environment, you help the youngest members of our church experience the love of Jesus from the very beginning.
What You’ll Do
• Rock and snuggle babies and toddlers
• Change diapers as needed
• Sanitize toys and keep the room tidy
• Help check children in and out safely
• Partner with a lead nursery worker who will guide you and help you learn the routine
Training / Requirements (we will provide this once you have filled out an interest form)
• Background check required
• Nazarene Safe (NazSafe) child safety training (online – about 20 minutes)

• Is patient, calm, and attentive
• Is dependable and enjoys caring for children
• Loves helping create a safe and welcoming environment for families
Great for: Young or experienced moms, empty nesters, high school students, and college-age volunteers.
