Welcome, KZNaz Families!

Thank you for taking a moment to invest in your child’s spiritual journey. By checking in here, you’re showing them that what they’re learning about God matters—not just on Wednesday nights, but every day.

Each week, this page will highlight the Bible story, memory verse, and practical ways you can continue the conversation at home. Our hope is that these simple tools spark meaningful moments with your child—whether at the table, in the car, or before bedtime.

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to partner with you as your child discovers what it means to live and love like Jesus.

Cuddle Time: Pray together: “God, You’re the best helper ever! Please help [child’s name] and me see people who need help and be brave enough to help them.”
Drive Time: Look for people helping others. Talk about what they’re doing and how your child can help, too.
Bath Time: Play a “helping” game with toy food and baskets, reminding your child how Abigail was brave and helped others.

Prayer for Parents to Pray: “Dear God, thank You for making [child’s name] brave like Abigail. Help us see people who need help and remind us You’re always with us when we choose to help others.”

(5th-8th Grade)

This Weeks Focus

Theme / Scripture: Wisdomland — 1 & 2 Kings
Big Idea: God can help you make the wise choice.

Why It Matters: Middle schoolers are beginning to see how their daily choices affect their relationships, reputation, and faith. God cares about even the small decisions and invites them to rely on His wisdom in every area of life.

**Engagement Ideas**
Conversation Starter: “Can you think of a time when one of your choices affected someone else?”
Supportive Action: Affirm them when they pause to think or pray before making a decision.
Faith Connection: Share a story from your life where you asked God for wisdom before acting.

Prayer for Parents to Pray: “Dear God, thank You for caring about every decision [student’s name] makes. Teach them to seek You for wisdom and to listen to the Holy Spirit’s guidance each day.”

High School
(9th-12th Grade)

Series: Busy but Empty (4 Week Series)
Theme: Moving from OBLIGATION to TRANSFORMATION

This Week’s Focus

Theme / Scripture: Restored Purpose — Matthew 11:28–30
Big Idea: Jesus invites us to find rest and purpose in Him—not in our pace, performance, or pressure.

Why It Matters: High schoolers live in a world that celebrates busyness, hustle, and constant achievement. This week reminds them that Jesus doesn’t just want to fill their schedule—He wants to fill their soul. True fulfillment comes from walking in His rhythm of rest, purpose, and peace.

**Engagement Ideas**
Conversation Starter: “When do you feel most drained or empty? What helps you slow down and find peace?”
Supportive Action: Encourage your teen to take a break from something this week that drains them and replace it with something that refreshes their spirit.
Faith Connection: Share how you’ve found rest or renewed purpose in Jesus when life felt too full.

Prayer for Parents to Pray: “Jesus, thank You for inviting us to rest in You. Help [teen’s name] see that their worth isn’t found in what they accomplish but in who You are. Teach them to live from Your peace, not from pressure.”
